I think last week was a record week for me...three newborns in one week! I love photographing newborns and their families. There is so much joy to be captured. There are moments in time that just call out to be documented and this is one of them. The little things...like Dad changing a diaper, Mom cradling her baby to ease the tears, the big brother trying to be gentle. All of these moments are so fleeting because the beauty is often being looked at through eyes of exhaustion. So for me to stop that moment in time so one day it can be looked back upon and bring smiles to the faces of the parents is so rewarding to me. It sounds so cliche but babies really do grow so fast.
